GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The ticket for LGW-TPE roundtrip is valid for three months from the date of issuance.
2. The certificate and ticket cannot be redeemed for cash and will be annotated as non-endorsable/non-refundable/non-transferable and non-reroutable and non-cashable.

3. The ticket may be subject to airport taxes and surcharges. Payment can be made by banktransfer or credit card. Please provide your credit card details upon request. Cash payment is not allowed.

4. Once ticket is issued the last possible return date is 3 months from date of issuance of your ticket.
5. The certificate needs to fill in with the name of the winner.
6. It is the winner’s responsibility to keep the certificate of prize, as duplicates will not be given.
7. China Airlines reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Liability and Applicable Law: The terms of the Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute. The Giveaway Judges’ decision is final. Any liability of Ours Travel is limited exclusively to the value of the Prize. Ours Travel, any subsidiary and holding companies, their employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, will not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, disappointment, or damage, however so arising, which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Giveaway or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
9. Ours Travel accepts no responsibility for any person not being able to take part in the Giveaway for any reason.
10. Ours Travel accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Ours Travel cannot be held responsible for problems with networks, computer hardware or software, or any breakdown or failure that results in the Participant’s entry or any other information becoming incomplete, damaged or lost.
11. Ours Travel shall not be held liable for possible disruption to internet services or related links occurring due to unpermitted data sharing or illegal acts, which in turn result in disruptions of administrative procedures and security and organization of the prize draw. Ours Travel shall also not be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion or loss of emails. Ours Travel shall not be held liable for Internet congestion, equipment quality of the Internet user, quality of Internet connection and/or transfer delays resulting from this.
12. All decisions made by Ours Travel regarding the Giveaway, including in the event of any dispute regarding the rules, results and all other matters relating to the Giveaway, shall be considered final and binding and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
13. tt is not intended to obtain or process your personal data in any campaign obtained through the gathering of an audience on FaceBook or other social media using your twitter handle or hashtag. The information obtained will only be used for the purpose of this campaign or for further campaigns using your FaceBook handle or hashtag. In the unlikely event that any personal data is gathered for the purpose of this Prize draw then this will be handled, and may be retained, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018). To the extent necessary a Participant grants consent to Ours Travel for the right to store, use and publish his or her name and FaceBook handle (and any other personal data provided for the Giveaway) in such media as Ours Travel may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. 14. Flight is valid to from the London Gatwick Airport to Taiwan Taipei only for departure from 24 November 2018. Travel is to be completed by no later than 31 Decmber 2019. Flight reservation is to be made no later than 24 February 2019. Booking is subject to flight availability within prize booking classes and blackout dates may apply. The Winner must depart from London Gatwick Airport. If the Winner starts their journey outside of the UK to reach a London Gatwick airport, they will assume all responsibility to arrange all the necessary transport to the UK by themselves, and at their own cost. The Winner will be responsible for any taxes, costs and other expenses that are not explicitly included in or connected to the Prize (transport to and airport parking, travel documents, travel insurance, etc.). Prize includes flight taxes.
15. Each ticket is valid for a maximum of two flight sectors, consisting of one flight sector outbound and one flight sector return. Each return ticket must be used together (both passengers must travel together). One of the passengers must be the Prize Winner. An adult must accompany any children or infant. No extension of the dates is allowed from the specified in these Conditions. No change of companion, names, travel dates or any other detail in the tickets is allowed once these have been issued.
